The page highlights profiles from the Innovations Exchange collection that reflect service delivery models and strategies related to the ACA and illustrate its key principles. While these innovations are not directly connected to CMS Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) programs, select innovations are precursors to the ACA; others show approaches to improving quality and efficiency that support ACA goals.
